Camelot Artists' First Look Series will open this year with two staged readings of Scott Martin's new musical, Children Of The Night, June 21-22, at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. Directed by David Galligan, this production will feature choreography by Lee Martino.
Children Of The Night explores the stormy relationship between Bram Stoker and Sir Henry Irving, one of the greatest actors of the Victorian Era.
The cast will include Ian Abercrombie, Teri Bibb, Norman Large, Robert Patteri, and Henry Polic II, as well as Ashley Cuellar, Freddie Lara, Kelly Lester, Lynne Marta, James McMurray, Charles Wolf, and Judi Walstrum.
Other productions slated for this series include (serial) by Adam Donshik, directed by Sean MacArthur, and starring Jay Hugeley, Kristina Kreyling, Samantha Sloyan; Baja Fresh written and directed by Allen Barton, and starring Sharon Savene, Ellie Schwartz; and The Room by Steve Fite, directed by Amy Chaffee, and starring David Crane, Adam Donshik, David Edelstien, Nicole Hawyard, Randy Mulkey.
