Synopsis:
Local Story takes place in the hot summer amidst the comings and goings of seven people. Their conflicting wants and desires make for a humorous and touching tale as they fight for their dreams and search for their place in a small town called Home. D'lady is back. She ran off five years ago and now she's back, but nobody is sure if they want her back. No one is quite sure what to do except Betsy, the girl from the melon patch. She's staying with Gloria and has come to town in search of her Jimmy.
